STEPS at Liberty Center: the Business Case

STEPS at Liberty Center is a private, non-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and treatment of substance abuse. In operation since 1974, it offers a full continuum of care for substance abuser and their families. STEPS conducted a series of walk-throughs to identify ways to increase admissions. The STEPS Change Project to increase admissions resulted in improved customer service, staff satisfaction, and increased revenue. Read the full report (PDF format)

NIATx Change Leader Academy III

Ally Evans, NIATx Project Manager for Advancing Recovery, will be offering the third NIATx Change Leader Academy in in Madison, WI. This six-month program includes two workshops in Madison (August 6-8 and December 10-11) along with teleconference calls and interim project work. Ally developed the curriculum and the structure for the successful program in collaboration with NIATx coach Eldon Edmondsun. The Change Leader Academy provides the foundation for professional development opportunities that NIATx will offer to the field.
