Treatment Works: Jackie Nitschke Center Huber Treatment Program

Judges in Brown County, Wisconsin, continued to see repeat OWI offenders. In spite of longer sentences and bigger fines, they continued to offend, returning to court again and again, untreated. The Jackie Nitschke Center worked with officials to address the problem by offering free treatment to Huber inmates, with impressive results.
