Milwaukee County WIser Choice Access to Recovery Project: Building a Recovery-oriented System of Care

In 2007, the Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division was allocated a 3-year Access To Recovery grant. The grant is being used to develop a continuum of services that support the recovery of persons with substance use and/or co-occurring mental health disorders.
