NIATx Receives Grant to Prepare the Addiction Field for the Future

NIATx Wisconsin Mental Health Collaborative: Reducing Readmissions
In February 2010, NIATx and representatives from the Wisconsin Division of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services (DMHSAS) launched the Wisconsin Mental Health Collaborative. The main goal of the collaborative was to reduce unnecessary/inappropriate admissions and readmissions to inpatient facilities among the state's persistent and severely mentally ill. Denver Health Medical Center Success Story - Increasing Admissions of HIV Positive Patients
This change project aimed to increase admissions of HIV positive patients referred to Outpatient Behavioral Health Services (OBHS) from Denver Public Health's Infectious Disease Clinic (ID) and Primary Care Clinic (PCC).
