NIATx: A national resource for process improvement

NIATx began in 2003 as a process improvement learning collaborative of 39 substance abuse treatment organizations. Since then, NIATx has grown into national resource center that helps behavioral healthcare treatment providers improve their organizational performance. Increasing use of evidence-based practices: the Advancing Recovery Framework

Advancing Recovery: State and Provider Partnerships for Quality Addiction Care promoted the use of evidence-based practices in addiction treatment organizations. Advancing Recovery involved innovative partnerships between treatment organizations and single state agencies that worked together to make system changes to regulatory, clinical, and administrative practices.
