NIATx E-learning Course: Process Improvement 101

This course is your starting point for learning the "NIATx Way" to process improvement.

In less than 60 minutes, training segments 1-7 present an overview of the NIATx Process Improvement Model and will prepare you to conduct a Walk-through at your organization.

Promising Practices are changes which were tested and shown to be actual improvements by various behavioral health organizations. You may want to try one at your agency.

While the training examples are geared toward addiction and behavioral health services, the principles apply to any organization.
