“The workshop is great, but the best part is what happens after the training. Being able to call or email your workshop leaders for advice as you implement your first change project is wonderful!"

NIATx is pleased to announce two opportunities for you to attend a NIATx Change Leader Academy this fall! We’re offering a special session for criminal justice professionals October 1-2, and a regular session for all human service professionals November 5-6. Both academies will take place in Madison, Wisconsin.

The Change Leader Academy consists of a two-day skill-building workshop, where you’ll learn the essential components of the NIATx model. (And earn continuing education credits!) You’ll leave this interactive session feeling empowered to initiate change in your organization. In the six months after the workshop, you’ll get ongoing support to lead your own change team, with an expert coach guiding you along the way. You’ll troubleshoot problems, swap ideas, and share successes in regular calls with your Change Leader Academy classmates. Complete your change project, and you’ll earn certification as a NIATx change leader.

Learn the NIATx model and gain skills for leading change in your organization this fall.
