NIATx is pleased to announce our spring 2015 Change Leader Academy, scheduled for March 24-25, 2015, at The Pyle Center in Madison, WI.

Since we first launched the Change Leader Academy in 2006, NIATx has trained nearly 2000 behavioral health professionals from across the United States on how to lead change and improve services using the NIATx approach.

The program includes a two-day in person workshop in Madison where you’ll get a thorough introduction to the basics of the NIATx model. You’ll also learn how to use the tools essential to a successful NIATx change project, including the walk-through (the key to understanding and involving your customers), flowcharting, and using data to measure and monitor progress, among others.

After the workshop, you’ll receive six months of ongoing support from your expert NIATx coach as you conduct a change project in your organization. Regular conference calls allow you to share successes and challenges with your fellow change-leaders to be. You’re also eligible to earn up to 12 CEHs for completion of the two-day workshop.

Register for the spring 2015 NIATx Change Leader Academy today!
