SAMHSA Celebrates National Recovery Month 2015: Visible, vocal, valuable!

SAMHSA’s Recovery Month highlights individuals who have reclaimed their lives and are living happy and healthy lives in long-term recovery and also honors the prevention, treatment, and recovery service providers who make recovery possible. 

The Road to Recovery Television Series is part of Recovery Month’s suite of multimedia products that highlight important issues in recovery.

The September 2015 episode, New Technologies for Whole Body Health and Wellness, covers new technologies and tools that help people maintain their health and wellness. Watch the episode to learn how A-CHESS, the smart phone app developed by the Center for Health Enhancement Systems Studies, is helping people maintain recovery at the Central Kansas Foundation in Salina, Kansas.
