Announcing: NIATx Change Leader Academy 2017: April 25-26, 2017

Submitted by: 12/07/2016 by Maureen Fitzgerald

Change is easy! Since 2003, NIATx has been helping organizations make small changes that yield big rewards: shorter wait times, fewer no-shows, increased admissions—and a better bottom line!

The NIATx model of process improvement continues to challenge the notion that change is hard.

Want to learn how to use our field-tested model to lead and sustain change in your organization? Join us at the Spring 2017 NIATx Change Leader Academy, April 25-26, 2017, in Madison, Wisconsin.

After the two-day workshop, you’ll work on a change project in your own organization. You’ll also get six months of continuing coaching support and peer networking through monthly conference calls.

  • Earn continuing education credits, complete a change project, and become a certified NIATx change leader!

Registration for the NIATx Change Leader Academy 2017 will open in January 2017! Watch your email and the January E-news for information.

“We liked the idea of making small changes that could enhance our programs and improve customer access to our services. We also liked the idea of connecting with others working on the same issues. The two-day face-to-face workshop included a lot of brainstorming with others about what might work best in our program.”
