A-CHESS: a new study combines medication-assisted treatment and mobile health

A-CHESS, the smartphone app developed by the Center for Health Enhancement Systems Studies, has proven effective in decreasing risky drinking days and promoting long-term abstinence among people leaving residential treatment for alcohol use disorders.  A new study will test if A-CHESS combined with medication-assisted treatment improves outcomes for people with opioid use disorders.
