This year’s NIATx Summit and SAAS National Conference offers a place for CEOs, executive directors, and agency leaders to share their revolutionary strategies at special sessions called CEO Roundtable Sessions.

You asked for a place and a time to really talk with one another to find out what’s working and what’s not. Our CEO Roundtable Sessions offer just that—a forum for you to share ideas with your peers. We’re offering four sessions, each with a specific focus on a topic important to you: leadership, mergers and acquisitions, staffing, and funding. While we’ve set the topics, the discussion is only limited by where you want it to go.

• The session on leadership features special guests and conference keynote speakers David Spong, Ph.D. and Kate Goonan, M.D. Plan on a lively exchange of ideas about the issues that leaders in behavioral healthcare face today.
• Mergers and acquisitions may be on your mind as you prepare to integrate your services with primary care. In session on this topic, hear from those who’ve completed a merger or acquisition, as well as from those who are considering it.
• Recruiting, retaining, and rewarding outstanding staff presents another challenge for CEOs and agency directors. With the new emphasis on integrating services, you may be wondering how to find staff who meet new credentialing requirements. Share approaches you’ve tried at the session on staffing.
• If finding new revenue streams to pay for services is keeping you awake at night, plan to join the session on funding. Share strategies and discuss alternatives to traditional funding sources.
