What is the cost and what do I get?

The cost is $1,500 per organization.

The fee includes:

• A health reform action plan for your organization to guide future work
• Your own NIATx expert coach
• A health reform readiness assessment for your organization
• (8) webinars and collaborative sessions with health reform experts and peers.
• (3) personal consult phone calls with your NIATx coach
• Access to materials and relevant policies related to health reform
• NIATx follow-up three-months post collaborative.
