States and payers can support improvement efforts by offering technical assistance to providers. Technical assistance may take the form of:
- Agency level review of data processes such as the Oklahoma’s Data Integrity Review Team
- Individual coaching to improve a process
- One-on-one state technical assistance, such as Maine’s Agency Monitoring Team
