- Review of State Barriers to Provider Change and Identification of Potential Changes States can Implement to remove those barriers.

What barriers to change would a provider remove if they had the power to do so? This interactive exercise builds from SSA homework to call providers and ask about two barriers to improving access and retention (not financing). The session will identify those barriers, ask states to select one barrier, and identify a change that they will test to help overcome the barrier.
